Simon Joyce - General Manager
Meet Simon, he’s our General Manager.
Simon has over 21 years of experience in the hospitality sector. From starting out as a glass collector at a local country club to managing a number of high-profile gastro pubs, Simon’s knowledge of wine and spirits and love for good beer will be invaluable as we start our journey.
Phil Jones - Head Chef
Phil Jones brings with him a wealth of experience in the kitchen having worked at such prestigious restaurants as Le Caprice in Mayfair. After honing his skills all over the world, including at a beachfront restaurant in the Canary Islands , Phil, who’s a local boy, came back home most recently as Chef/Owner of The Hartley Arms in Wheaton Aston.
Phil’s ethos of “Substance and Style” aims to showcase the very best of the fantastic local ingredients we have available on our doorstep.
