Met a group of friends here halfway. Lovely restaurant, looked great inside. Food was delicious, we had food from the lunch menu 2for £25 very reasonable. Would highly recommend

Stunning location with beautiful countryside views, especially from the upstairs dining area. The food was absolutely divine and made the visit well worth it. The drinks were definitely the highlight of our visit! The staff were extremely welcoming, especially the manager, Mia. We’d definitely recommend it for the food, atmosphere, and gorgeous setting. ✨ x

First visit here. I ordered Mediterranean lasagne which came with salad and ciabatta. The salad was delicious it was coated in a dressing which was made by chef. The ciabatta was light and crispy on the outside the butter was also very nice. The lasagne was a little greasy but enjoyable. My only concern was when my food was brought out the waitress came back as id started on the meal and said she thought the lasagne was meat and not the Mediterranean one. I hadn't started to eat any but had already started on the ciabatta. Waitress took away the food and returned shortly with my original dish which had been checked and was the correct lasagne. As a vegetarian of 45 years I would not have been happy if I'd started on the lasagne and it had been meat.

Stunning location and the food was Devine! Staff wasn’t the most welcoming in comparison to other high end places we have been, however service was fine overall! Stunning upstairs dining with a lovely view of the countryside .. would recommend x

Came for a rare date night, and was a lovely meal never came before so was a lovely surprise was quite pricey but the food was too notch. Took a while for our food orders to be taken and we was the only ones upstairs however the food came out quite quickly!

10 walker's arrived unannounced for lunch and were easily accommodated. We went for the lunch menu where we could have 2 meals for £25, choice was good and everyone enjoyed their meals.

The food was amazing

What a good find! Went for lunch after a group walk. Ten of us in the group but they accommodated us easily. The service was very good. We all enjoyed our meal. It was a nice summer day, not too hot, so we ate outside. I've never been here before but would definitely recommend. Planning to go back for Sunday lunch with my husband.
